You can pay for your tour online using your credit or debit card; your card must be affiliated to Pay Pal. During the payment process you will be redirected to the official Pay Pal secure payment website

Tour Payment Facts

For any tour you book, we’ll require a non-refundable tour deposit of US$40% per person. The deposit can be sent by WESTERN UNION or to our BANK ACCOUNT by money transfer.

The money transfer should be in the name of «SUNRISE PERU TREK TOUR OPERATOR E.I.R.L». Once you arrive in Cusco, you must pay the remaining balance in cash prior to beginning your tour. We accept both US Dollars and Peruvian Soles (local currency).

Other option for pre-payment is through PayPal; the logo you’ll find on the right site of our web; click there and follow the instructions.

In the cost of the tour is included the money transference commission, for the amount of the pre-payment.

Important info

On your arrival to Cusco, we will give you a pre-travel talk (briefing) of the city and of the Tour in the hotel. Time will be confirmed on your arrival.

Train options

Expedition Option: The traveler in the Expedition class train, will be comfortable and relaxed, and will also be informed about the most important points that this ancient route has and that every adventurer must know. The Expedition has wagons completely covered by wide windows so that the traveler immerses himself in the beauty of the natural landscape, and makes his experience to Machu Picchu begin on the train.

In the price is included thi train.

Vistadome Option

Vistadome train is faster, has snack-service, bigger windows and is generally a more comfortable experience; if you prefer this service then let us know at the booking time (Extra $40 USD pp).

Hotel Option

We use 3-star hotels if you would like higher level, let us know.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one business days.

RESERVATION INFO

1. Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
