Outline itinerary
DAY 1: Cusco
- Reception in the Airport of Cusco.
- Transfer to the designated hotel.
- In the afternoon, guided city tour.
- In the city tour, you’ll visit: the Cathedral, Qorikancha, Sacsayhauman, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay.
DAY 2: Cusco – Pisac – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo and train to “Aguas Calientes”.
- Breakfast in the hotel.
- Visit of Pisac’s local market.
- Explore the Inca ruins of Pisac.
- Stop for lunch in the town of Urubamba.
- Explore the Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo.
- In the afternoon, you will take the train to the town of “Aguas Calientes”.

DAY 3: Machu Picchu tour
- Breakfast in the hotel.
- Bus for 25 minutes up to Machu Picchu.
- 2-3 hour tour within Machu Picchu.

- In the afternoon, we’ll return to Cusco.

Detailed Tour Itinerary
DAY 1: Arrival to Cusco and City Tour
The Machu Picchu Sunrise Tour, begins once you arrive to Cusco before noon. However, we must know your flight details for your reception and transfer you to the designated hotel; Once in the hotel, you’ll receive the briefing about the trip. In the afternoon, you will have the city tour which starts at 01:30 p.m.
For this tour, we’ll pick you up from the hotel and depart on a guided tour, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit 6 places (includes entrance to the archaeological centers and museums) we will visit the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun) and in addition, we will make a route bordering archaeological centers like Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q’enko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, tour ends at 06:30 p.m approximately at the Main Square in order you can enjoy your dinner in one of the exquisite restaurants in the area, then overnight. (No meals included).

- After the tour, stroll through the Plaza de Armas and surrounding areas, where you can appreciate the work of the Cusqueñian artisan craft stores
- Grab a bite at the famous Peruvian cuisine restaurants nearby or relax on the park benches of Plaza de Armas and then take a photo there for memories to last during the warm weather in the afternoon, despite the cold nights of Cusco
- If you like the night around the square you will find many nightclubs and bars filled with tourists and locals who expect to have fun with good music and drinks.
DAY 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas: Cusco – Pisac – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo and train to “Aguas Calientes”
Today, we will start the tour at 08:30 a.m when we’re gonna pick you up from the hotel and travel toward the Sacred Valley of the Incas where we will visit the local market of Pisac, we will also explore the Inca ruins of Pisaq and Ollantaytambo; We will stop at Urubamba to enjoy the local cuisine. In the afternoon you’ll take the train for two hours to the town of “Aguas Calientes”; accommodation in the hotel.
The stunning Sacred Valley of the Incas is embraced between the towns of Pisac and Ollantaytambo; the Sacred Valley is a green and very fertile valley through which is running down Urubamba River called by the Incas as “Willcamayu”; the Incas believed not only that the flow of the Urubamba was inexorably tied to the constellations and the mountain peaks, but also that the river was the earthbound counterpart of the Milky Way.
With the river as its source, the fertile valley was a major center of agricultural production for the Incas, who grew native Andean crops such as white corn, coca, potatoes, and other fruits and vegetables in expansive fields and along spectacularly terraced mountain slopes.

DAY 3: “Machu Picchu Sunrise Tour”: “Aguas Calientes” – Machu Picchu tour – “Aguas Calientes” – Ollantaytambo – Cusco
Very early, we’ll leave the hotel and take the bus for 25 minutes up to Machu Picchu and explore for two hours every important place like: the Agricultural zone; in the Urban zone, we will visit the Temple of the Sun, The Temple of the Mother Earth, the Main temple, The temple of the Andean cosmology, the Sundial, The green house, the Temple of the Condor and other important places around Machu Picchu. You will also have free time to explore, relax and meditate. Buffet lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will board the train that will take you back to Cusco. On arrival, our collaborators will be waiting in the train station, from where we’ll transfer you to the hotel.

DAY 4: Transfer out
